Class Withdrawal Request - Bridge Program - L2 TReC

AfterJanuary 20, 2024, students are required to submit a withdrawl.

Between January 20 and March 1, 2024, a withdrawal will result in a “W” on the student’s college transcript. A withdrawal is considered an attempt to take a class, and three or more attempts may impact you’re the student’s future financial aid. You will not be able to withdraw from a class beyond March 3, 2024.

Withdrawal from the high school section of a Bridge Program class does not automatically withdraw the student from the University of Utah Bridge Program course. Students MUST complete both the withdrawal process at the high school AND the University of Utah.

PLEASE INCLUDE THE STUDENT'S FULL NAME IN THIS REQUEST EVEN IF YOU ARE A GUARDIAN COMPLETING THE FORM ON BEHALF OF THE STUDENT.
