Bridge Student Runner Up for 2026 Poetry Ourselves Competition

On March 4, Andrea Vallejos, an Olympus High School Bridge student, was named runner-up in the Spanish division of the Utah 2026 Poetry Ourselves competition, an annual program hosted by the Utah Division of Arts & Museums. Her original poem, written entirely in Spanish—“Como me dueles, Perú”—captivated judges.
