All workshops are in-person
- Year 1 teaching Bridge: Instructors new to teaching in the Bridge Program and who have not attended the Bridge Institute, attend 3 days
- Years 2 and 3 teaching Bridge: Instructors in their second and third year teaching Bridge courses attend 2 days.
-
Veteran instructors past year 3: Instructors who have successfully completed 3 years in-person and who have taught all 3 courses have the option to attend day 3 either in-person or digitally connected. Veteran instructors may attend Day 2 as well, which focuses on engagement in this year’s course content.
- In-person: Instructors attend with their language cohort at the UofU campus. This provides maximum opportunity to collaborate, supporting learning between all instructors, both new and veteran.
- Digitally connected: Instructors join online for the entire length of the workshop on Day 3. An agenda will be provided for each language team. Limited synchronous collaboration is available through the online workshop format.
