The following forms need to be filled out in the event that you need to drop the Bridge Program course from your university schedule or withdraw from the course. Keep in mind that the University has strict deadlines for dropping or withdrawing from courses.

YOU ARE NOT DROPPED UNTIL YOU COMPLETE BOTH THE PAPER FORM AND THE ONLINE FORM.

1. Step 1: Download and print the "Drop/Withdraw Form"
2. Step 2: Meet with your Bridge instructors and complete the "Drop/Withdraw Steps" with instructor's signature.
3. Step 3: Submit the form to your high school counselor.
4. Step 3: After your have met with your instructor, complete the "Drop" or "Withdraw" request on this page.
