Overview

Special COVID Protocol: L2TReC will continue to proctor Oral Proficiency Interview by Computer (OPIc) tests only. All tests will be proctored via Zoom. Please do not register if this process will not work for you.

The OPIc is an Internet-delivered test which provides valid and reliable oral proficiency testing on a large scale. It was developed in response to the increased worldwide demand for the testing of oral language proficiency. The computer delivered assessment emulates the “live” OPI, but delivery of questions is through a carefully designed computer program, and via a virtual avatar. These tests are available to the university, community and the public.

TESTING PROCEDURES

If you would like L2TReC to proctor your OPIc ($70)  please fill out and submit the Google form here for test registration.

Please note that some organizations or schools may require you to take an OPI and may not accept the OPIc. Please make sure to check before submitting your test request.

You must accept and confirm your date no later than 2 days prior to your test or it will be cancelled. All OPIc tests will be proctored via Zoom.
