Registration Deadlines:
- Early registration dates ended November 15th, 2021.
- Late registration fees are waived.
- Onsite registration requires a $25 fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation and substitution requests must be received in writing by February 10, 2022 at Immersion2020@utah.edu or postmarked by February 10, 2022 and sent to Catherine Scott’s attention, L2TReC, University of Utah, 255 So. Central Campus Dr., Rm 1930, Salt Lake City, UT 84112. All refund requests will be subject to a $75 processing fee.
